Create Your Own Survey

Use this section of the web site to create your survey. The wizard at the bottom of the page will lead you through the steps.  You will:

  1. Give your survey a title.
  2. Add the questions you want in your survey. Choose existing questions or create your own.
  3. Decide who can participate in your survey.
  4. Set-up some test data to see what your questions will look like. Then clear it when you are ready to collect real responses.
  5. eMail your participants advising them of your survey or link it to your web site.
  6. View your results.

Once your customer start giving you feedback, you can add additional questions to find out more information.
